At Dawaa Altabea, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our skincare products. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange following the guidelines below.

📝 How to Request a Return or Refund

• Provide your order number and the reason for your return or refund to help us speed up the process.
• Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days, and you’ll be notified of the outcome via email.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the order date. Special cases may be granted an extension at our discretion.
• You can cancel your order on the same day it was placed.

📦 Return & Refund Conditions

❌ Non-Received Orders & Return Policy

Your order will be returned, and you will be charged for shipping and return fees if:

• The order is refused upon delivery.
• The order is left uncollected at the branch for more than 3 days.
• The customer does not respond to the shipping company’s calls for 3 consecutive days.
• An incorrect phone number is provided without alternative contact information.
